By accessing, booking, purchasing, or using the services of LMJR Gamers' Lounge, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
 

2. Bookings and Reservations

All gaming station, VIP room, event, and venue reservations are subject to availability.

LMJR Gamers' Lounge reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel reservations due to operational requirements, maintenance, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced usage time without refund.
 

3. Payments

Payments for gaming services, memberships, events, food, and beverages must be completed using approved payment methods.

For manual bank transfers, proof of payment may be required before a booking or reservation is confirmed.

LMJR Gamers' Lounge reserves the right to verify payments prior to providing services.
 

4. Membership Program

Membership benefits are available only to active members.

Membership discounts, rewards, and privileges are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

LMJR Gamers' Lounge reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and promotional offers with prior notice.
 

5. Events and Tournaments

Participation in tournaments and events is subject to event-specific rules and guidelines.

Management reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in cheating, disruptive behavior, harassment, or conduct that negatively affects other guests.

Entry fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by LMJR Gamers' Lounge.
 

6. Food and Beverage Services

Outside food and beverages may be restricted in designated areas.

Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary concerns before ordering.

LMJR Gamers' Lounge is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
 

7. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to treat staff, other customers, and property with respect.

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment or abusive behavior

• Cheating or unfair gameplay

• Vandalism or intentional damage to equipment

• Illegal activities within the premises

• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other guests

Management reserves the right to deny service or remove individuals who violate these rules.
 

8. Liability

Guests use gaming equipment, facilities, and services at their own risk.

LMJR Gamers' Lounge shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, data, or property brought onto the premises.
 

9. Privacy

Customer information collected through bookings, memberships, events, and inquiries will be handled responsibly and used only for legitimate business purposes.

Personal information will not be sold or disclosed except when required by law.
